Collins Lake - Yuba County, California

Visited on 6/3/2017 – Picture taken on a Saturday drive with Jeff and our dogs, Summer and Sky on our way back from a fun day of boating for the dogs first time on Bullards Bar Res.  First time we have viewed this Lake at 100% of capacity.  This view was from the west side of Lake from Browns Valley Road in the late afternoon, right before sunset.  The Collins Lake Recreational Area is at an elevation of 1,200 feet in the delightful foothills on Browns Valley Road in Yuba County.  This lake has a surface area of over 1,000 acres with over 12 miles of shoreline.
